By registering with us as a customer, you will save time and have a more convenient experience. Some of your billing information such as your address are saved so that you won't have to enter them again. You can also track your order status or modify your customer information at any time by logging into your account. Finding Items
Our store is organized into categories for your shopping ease: Fashion and Accessories, Home Decoration, Jewelry, Kids and Others. You can also search for specific products by product name or keywords by typing them into the search box on the upper right hand corner of any page.

Purchasing Items
After selecting your items, you will be automatically guided through our checkout process. You can at any time click on "View Cart" on the top of any page to view the products which you have selected for purchase. Should you need to increase the quantity of an item, you may enter the new quantity inside the appropriate box for the item, and click "Update Prices", and you will see the new quantity and the updated balance of your order. Conversely, you may also remove an item by clicking the checkbox next to the word "Delete" and click "Update Prices", and you will see that the item removed from your shopping cart.

Should you wish to continue shopping, just click "continue shopping ..." and you will be directed to the home page. Otherwise, click on the "checkout via Credit Card" button and you will be guided through the easy checkout process. Enter your user name and password to begin the checkout process if you have not already logged in. If you are a new customer, just simply fill in account & contact info form.

Once you input your billing and shipping information, click on "continue Checkout" at the bottom of the page and you will be brought to the Credit Card Info page where you will enter your payment information. Once you are done, click on the "Submit Order" button at the bottom of the page and your order is received! You will receive an email confirmation within an hour to verify your order.

Typographical and Photographical Errors
UGiftStore.com attempts to be as accurate as possible in our pricing, as well as our typographical and photographical depictions of products for sale; however, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions/specifications, pricing or any other content on UGiftStore.com is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, informational or other error, UGiftStore shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to either honor the displayed price or refuse/cancel any orders placed for that product at the incorrect price.

Sales Tax
The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that businesses must collect sales tax on all sales, including mail order and Internet sales, to buyers who reside in the same state that the business is physically in.

Businesses do not have to collect sales tax from sales to buyers who
1) reside outside the state that the business is physically in, and also
2) have their purchases delivered to a destination outside the state

UGiftStore.com is an Internet business physically located in California. To date, California has not passed legislation that requires collection of sales tax on Internet purchases that are delivered to a destination outside of California.

Hence, at the present time, we are only required to collect sales tax on purchases from buyers who reside in the state of California. Should California pass new laws at a future date regarding sales tax on Internet sales, we will change our Sales Tax Policy to comply with the new laws.

Meanwhile, if you reside in California, we are required to add 8.25% sales tax to your orders. If you reside outside of California, no sales tax will be added to your orders.
