At Ugiftstore.com, we care your needs and satisfaction of our products.  We offer you the option of returning items.  Here is our return policy:  

You can return most items sold by Ugiftstore.com within 14 days from the ship date.

To qualify, simply initiate the return within 14 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, gift boxes, security seals, etc.).  We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you.  Please allow us 7 days from the time we receive your item to process your return.

Exchanges are totally free.  For your protection of returning items, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier.  After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item.  A $5 return postage fee will be deducted from your return.  For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase. 

• No partial case pack returns will be accepted. All returned products must be returned in the original shipping pack with all individual items unopened.
• Clearance Sale Items will not be allowed to return.
• Some selected items, as noted on the product detail page, will not be allowed to return.
