Shipping Information

If we determine that an order (or any part of an order) will not ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify the customer via email prior to the last promised date (e.g., before the end of the third business day from order completion for all products art and LTL products) that we will ship the order within the next 1 to 5 business days unless they email us at sales@ugiftstore.com to cancel the unshipped order. An entire order or any part of an order that has shipped cannot be canceled. Completed orders in process (e.g., during the 1 to 5 business days) cannot be canceled.

If we later determine that we will be unable to meet the revised shipping timeframe, we will notify the customer via email prior to the revised promised date (e.g., before the end of the tenth business day from order completion for all products other than magazines, art and LTL products) that we have cancelled the customer's unshipped order, and we will promptly refund the purchase price of the unshipped order.

For our customers' protection, some orders may be diverted into our Order Verification System before being completed. As part of the verification, we may need to notify a customer via email that they must call us at 1-626-292-2389 within the next 72 hours or we will cancel their order and promptly issue a full refund. Verified orders will ship within the number of days stated on the product page from the date that the order verification is complete.

Shipping and handling charges are based on total amount of your order for ground shipping, unless special noted on the product detail page. We usually provide free shipping offer when orders amount are over certain requirement. But free shipping offers do not include the 2-Days Express Delivery.
